Warranty Terms for the Online Store DeRosa.lv
De Rosa bicycles come with a 2-year warranty. Upon purchasing the product, the invoice or receipt, which indicates the purchase date, serves as the warranty card.
The warranty covers damages caused by manufacturing defects or the quality of raw materials. If such issues arise during the warranty period, please report them to us using the contact details provided in the Contacts section. Free warranty repairs will be carried out according to the manufacturer's regulations.

WARRANTY TERMS:
- The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear of the product.
- The warranty does not cover mechanical damages, scratches that occur due to careless use of the product.
- The warranty does not cover design elements of the product.
- The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse warranty repairs if signs of unqualified repair are evident.
- If the buyer cannot present a valid receipt or invoice, warranty obligations may be canceled.
- Warranty repairs do not cover damages to the product caused by fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural disasters.
These warranty terms comply with the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
