Is it possible to combine two bikes in one - a gravel and a road bike? The answer is YES! The new DeRosa gravel bike SPIDER makes it possible. Its lightweight design (7.99 kg) combined with the versatile Fulcrum Wind 42 wheels, which support tire widths from 25 mm to 65 mm, and the SRAM Force XPLR AXS 2x12 drivetrain — make it a reality!
The hydraulic lines are fully integrated into the frame, the FSA K-WING AGX carbon handlebar, and the NS ACR 120 mm stem, which is individually fitted according to the rider’s height.
The FSA K-FORCE Light carbon seatpost and the Selle Italia Max SLR Boost TI 316 Gel Superflow saddle are equally well-suited for both gravel and road riding. The saddle is selected based on the customer’s individual preference.
Vittoria Rubino Pro Tubeless 30 mm tires, 440 mm handlebar width, and 175 mm carbon crank arms. The drivetrain features a 46/33 – 10/36T setup with a Quarq power meter. All of this is factory-assembled based on a custom order – nothing unnecessary, only what you need!
The SPIDER's “narrow” specialization is gravel – this is encoded in the frame geometry. However, thanks to its low overall weight (7.99 kg) and double front chainrings, it also performs excellently on the road. From there, two options are possible. First – purchase an additional dedicated gravel wheelset. Second – get another bike for the road. As passionate cyclists know, the number of bikes you need is always N+1.
